Fiscal maintenance and support

As fiscal requirements are government laws which will be enforced, the retailer is facing the following challenges:

   

  • Find the best solution for installations of new stores and store openings with all required documents and communication with the fiscal authorities
  • How to adapt to new legal regulations, to avoid penalties or even store closings
  • Find the best possible solution to react on fiscal device problems. As the fiscal devices are always connected to a specific store, the swap or repair of the device is always a complicated procedure
  • How to cover the fiscal maintenance, as requested by the law
  • How to cover the daily support of the employees, working with the fiscal devices and the personnel who have to follow the fiscal procedures

    

To help the retailer to master these challenges, Service Plus developed special fiscal maintenance and support packages, freeing the retailer to focus on their core business.

Standard fiscal maintenance
Standard maintenance is covering the maintenance of the fiscal drivers developed by Service Plus. It includes the correction of bugs, telephone and online support for complex problems (to 2nd level support), communication with 2nd level support and creation of patches and service packs. Services are provided during normal working hours of Service Plus in Serbia.
The costs of the services are related to the value of the licenses and the customizing of the fiscal drivers.
This service is mandatory for every user of the fiscal driver.

Extended fiscal software maintenance
This optional support and maintenance package is offered to users of the Service Plus fiscal drivers. The package includes all services as the standard maintenance package. In addition it covers all necessary development tasks, in case of any changes in the fiscal law. This means, when the fiscal law is changed, Service Plus will implement and adapt these changes without additional costs for the retailer. In addition it covers support requests from the first level support or from the stores. The retailer can combine this service with a specific SLA to define the required support and reaction times.
The cost of this service is a flat monthly fee per fiscal device.

Fiscal hardware maintenance based on SLA
The laws of the country usually require contracts for maintenance of the fiscal devices. The retailer has to enter into contractual negotiations with a certified service provider. In the countries where Service Plus is present, the company is certified by the local authorities to provide this service.

Service Plus offers this service as a hardware maintenance agreement. In order to make it more useful for retailers, Service Plus extended it with additional elements, like definition of reaction time, working hours, working days, travel costs, etc, as needed by the retailer.

The cost of this service is calculated as flat monthly fee per fiscal device.

Fiscal maintenance service


For all users of the Service Plus support and maintenance packages, we installed a so called country monitoring service. Service Plus will monitor all changes in the fiscal country, mainly related to changes in the fiscal regulations. From time to time, Service Plus publishes a newsletter, informing the customers about all actual or upcoming relevant changes in the fiscal laws. This service helps, to be informed in time and to react on necessary changes, as requested by the law. With our monitoring service our customers can avoid paying penalties or even store closings, due to not implemented new requirements.
