Preventive maintenance

In all our support and maintenance models, preventive services as the most important elements. In order to fulfill our philosophy, which says that the store has always to be up and running,  we know that solving the problems well is not good enough. Our job is to prevent that problems even happen.
To approach this target, Service Plus developed a very special service called preventive maintenance.
Preventive maintenance is the periodically performed service with the target to identify potential problems before they happen and to remove potential sources of failure. This service covers:

     

  • Inspection
  • Demounting/Opening
  • Cleaning
  • Lubrication
  • Replacement of spare parts
  • Mounting

    

Each step will be documented in a special report.

As we are able to cover the complete technical environment and have already setup the internal infrastructure, we are able to offer very attractive financial models for these regular services.

 

Preventive maintenance – covered IT equipment


This preventive maintenance service can be seen as a part of other support and maintenance concepts but it can also be run also as totally independent service.

As this subject is so important, Service Plus developed a special procedure which makes it very simple, to start this service:

  1. Agreement regarding devices which are included, prices and periods
  2. one visit to one store and creation of the “Preventive Maintenance Handbook (PMH)
  3. Acceptance of PMH
  4. Performing the agreed service
